David Desplaces (Chairman)
Dr. David Desplaces co-founded the organization with some of his students because of his distinct passion for service and study abroad program development. He currently is an assistant professor of Global Commerce at the College of Charleston.
Sebastian Steadman (Treasurer)
Sebastian Steadman co-founded the organization. As an alumnus of the College of Charleston and participant of the first Technology for Africa Project, Sebastian continually communicates his enthusiasm for enabling oppurtunities through service. He currently works for Booz Allen Hamilton in Charleston, SC.
Elease Slaughter
Elease Slaughter is current the Student Managed Enterprised coordinator at the College of Charleston and has been a great support of the organization's first project, Technology for Africa.
Rene Mueller
Dr. Rene Mueller is the director of the Global Program Resource Center and the co-director of the Global Scholars' program at the College of Charleston.
Lee Allen
Lee Allen is current a commercial developer for Vanguard Development Group in Charleston. He was a Peace Corp volunteer assigned to Cameroon for two years.
Mutindi Ndunda
Dr. Mutindi Ndunda is an associate professor at the College of Charleston's School of Education Health and Human Performance. She has successfully lead 2 service-learning projects in Kenya.
Sean O'Toole
Sean is the ports operations manager for Hapag-Lloyd, a Global liner shipping company, in Charleston SC. He assisted in the 2011 Technology for Africa project and is a member of the Board of Governors for the Propeller Club of Charleston as well as on the Board of Directors for the Maritime Association of South Carolina.
Nadine Deif
Nadine Deif has spent her career in real estate management as general manager of a portfolio of high rise commercial buildings and industrial properties. She has had the opportunity to travel to Asia, Africa, South America and Europe.
